Brolic Support

Get no-login help with your Brolic account, sync, subscription, Apple Health, AI and imports, privacy, or account deletion.

Before You Contact Support

To help us investigate, include only what is necessary:

  • Brolic app version;
  • iOS version and iPhone model if relevant;
  • the approximate date and time the problem occurred;
  • the exact error text and the screen or action where it appeared; and
  • a screenshot only when it does not expose unrelated sensitive information.

Never send passwords, sign-in codes, recovery codes, full payment details, or unnecessary private health, Protocol, food, photo, or import information. Support will ask for more information only when it is needed.

Sign-In And Account Linking

If sign-in fails, confirm that you are using the same sign-in method and email associated with the Brolic account. Include the error text and approximate time in your message. Do not send your password, sign-in token, or Apple verification code.

If a subscription appears active with Apple but not in Brolic, first use Restore Purchases, then contact support with the Brolic account email and the purchase date shown by Apple. Do not send full card or payment information.

Sync And Missing Data

Keep Brolic open with a stable connection and check the Sync section in Settings. If data still appears missing, avoid repeatedly recreating the same entry. Send the app version, iOS version, approximate time, sync status text, affected area, and any visible error to support@brolic.app.

Subscriptions, Restore, Cancel, And Refunds

  • Restore: in Brolic, open Settings, find Subscription, and choose Restore Purchases. Restore is also available from the purchase screen.
  • Cancel or manage: use Apple's subscription-management page. Brolic cannot cancel App Store billing for you.
  • Refund: Apple determines refund eligibility. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting the app or your Brolic account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Apple Health Permissions

Apple Health permissions are optional and controlled by Apple. Review or change them in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Brolic can explain which features use a permission, but support cannot override Apple's permission state. Existing records written to Apple Health remain under your Apple Health controls.

AI And Share To Brolic

AI and import features process the prompt, file, media, text, photo, or public URL you select through Brolic services and an AI provider to produce an editable draft. Review every result before saving. Drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or dosage recommendations.

Public-URL imports work only with material the external host makes publicly available through a normal server request. Brolic does not use private platform credentials or bypass login, regional, anti-bot, or DRM controls. For a failed import, send the source type, approximate time, and error text; do not resend sensitive media unless support specifically needs it.

Account Deletion

Use the in-app Delete Account control when you can access Brolic. If you cannot sign in, the public Account Deletion page explains how to request deletion by email without logging in. Access ends immediately after an accepted deletion request. Permanent deletion begins after 24 hours and may take longer in some cases.

Privacy Requests

Email privacy@brolic.app and tell us whether you want to access, correct, or delete your information. We may ask you to verify your identity. Do not include passwords or unnecessary private information. Read the Privacy Policy.
